The Tammwe Story

Tammwe was born out of a challenge we couldn’t ignore , a global tech talent gap on one side, and an overflow of skilled, underutilised African tech professionals on the other.

Founders Tarrah Nhari (CEO) and Mweemba Ntembe (COO) saw the opportunity to connect both sides, not as a charity, but as a world-class business that brings value to everyone involved.

From startup engineering teams in Kenya to AI specialists in Ghana and UK product leaders in need of agile delivery support, Tammwe became the answer.

We’ve since grown into a trusted partner for UK startups and enterprises, delivering flexible, high-quality engineering capacity without the friction of traditional hiring, while enabling African talent to work on meaningful, well-paying projects.
